Personal training is a guided workout, which is tailored to the client’s requirements, making every session a guaranteed success. The personal trainer provides the client with motivation and makes sure that goals are achieved.

One to one training makes it possible for me to treat each client as an individual. I’m able to observe progress in their level of fitness, give them helpful tips and keep them motivated. When we observe their progress together and see their goals getting closer, it is exciting and gratifying, both for the client and for myself.

Time saving and easy to do anywhere

One of the many advantages of personal training is that both the time and the location of our sessions are flexible. An effective training can be achieved virtually anywhere: at your home or office, a nearby park or fitness studio.

Some clients want to avoid driving to a fitness studio and prefer the privacy of their own homes. Others prefer being outside and getting fresh air. This aspect will be considered when planning our sessions.

Personal and effective

More and more people are turning to personal training to keep them fit and healthy. Desired goals as well as a written record of their progress help clients achieve success.

Many of my clients have tried to diet and train on their own, with little or no success. It is especially rewarding when I can help someone reach their goals after many years.

Martin joined the Austrian army when he was a young man, choosing the career path of professional officer. He was a military pentathlete , completed army mountain guide training and has served as a sport officer for more than 10 years.

Einzelstunde Personal Training:

Eine Einheit Personal Fitness Training beinhaltet jene Übungen die dich näher an dein Ziel bringen. Angefangen von Laufeinheiten, Kraft- oder Gleichgewichtsübungen, bis hin zu Schnellkraft oder Koordinationsübungen kann hier alles dabei sein. Das Training findet dort statt wo du möchtest. Im nahegelegenen Park, im Fitnessstudio oder bei dir zu Hause. Es gibt keine fixen Trainingszeiten sondern wir trainieren dann, wenn du Zeit hast.

12er Block Personal Training:

Der 12er Block ist eine günstigere Möglichkeit kontinuierlich und nachhaltig mit mir zu trainieren. Es macht auf alle Fälle Sinn sich längerfristig von einem Profi begleiten zu lassen. Das A und O ist der richtige Start und die korrekte Ausführung der Übungen. Wer hier Fehler macht verliert sehr schnell wieder die Motivation. Der 12er Block reicht in der Regel für 1-3 Monate abhängig von deiner Trainingsintensität.

Individueller Trainingsplan:

Jeder Kunde hat unterschiedliche Ansprüche und Voraussetzungen um an sein Ziel zu kommen. Manche trainieren lieber Outdoor, andere wiederum lieber im Gym oder nur zu Hause. Dafür erstelle ich dir einen auf deine Bedürfnisse abgestimmten individuellen Trainingsplan. Die Übungen werden so angepasst, dass du beispielsweise auch zu Hause Muskeln aufbauen oder abnehmen kannst.

Folgeplan:

Bei richtigem Training gewöhnt sich der Körper nach einer gewissen Zeit an die Belastung und es wird Zeit den Trainingsplan anzupassen. Übungen müssen verändert Gewichte erhöht werden. Ansonsten kommt es zu einer Stagnation und das Training bleibt wirkungslos. Auf Basis deiner Fortschritte erstelle ich dir einen neuen Trainingsplan angepasst auf dein erhöhtes Fitnesslevel.

Ernährungsanalyse:

Die Ernährung stellt mit 70% des Erfolges den größten Anteil. Deshalb ist es so wichtig sich gesund, abwechslungsreich und ausgewogen zu ernähren. Du erhältst von mir ein Ernährungsprotokoll über 7 Tage welches du gewissenhaft ausfüllst. Aufgrund deiner Daten analysiere ich dein Essverhalten und sage dir was du ändern oder anpassen musst um an dein Ziel zu kommen.

Ernährungsplan inklusive Rezepte:

Aufgrund deines Essverhaltens, bekommst du von mir einen auf dich abgestimmten Ernährungsplan damit du weißt worauf es ankommt. Natürlich sind hier auch viele tolle und leckere Rezepte mit dabei. Der Ernährungsplan gibt dir eine Idee wie du dich ernähren musst, um dein Ziel zu erreichen. Außerdem erhältst du wertvolle Anweisungen wie eine richtige Ernährung funktioniert.

Erinnerungs SMS und WhatsApp support:

Damit du auch kein Training vergisst erhältst du von mir regelmäßig ein SMS das dich an unser gemeinsames Training erinnert.
Immer wieder werden Fragen auftauchen die ich dir gerne unter anderem per WhatsApp beantworten kann. Außerdem hast du die Möglichkeit mir Bilder von deinen Mahlzeiten zu schicken umso sicher zu gehen, dass du alles richtig machst. Die Unterstützung per WhatsApp ist ein gern verwendetes tool um motiviert zu bleiben.

Price List

One hour of individualized personal training (50 minutes) – 130€

An hour of personal training consists of exercises that will help you to attain your health and fitness goals: running, strength training, balance, coordination: anything is possible. YOU decide where we work out; at your home, in a nearby park or at a fitness studio. We meet when it fits into your schedule.

12 sessions of personal training – 1440€

This option provides a less expensive way to work with me on a consistent basis. It makes sense to train under the the watchful eye of a professional, to assure that the exercises are done correctly to prevent injury, which can lead to a loss of motivation. Depending on how often we meet, the twelve sessions will last for one to three months.

Personalized exercise plan – 215€

Each client has different needs and preferences: some prefer to train at home, other at a gym or outdoors. Upon request I will put together a tailor-made exercise plan to suit your personal needs. The exercises will help you to build muscle and/or lose weight, if that is your goal.

Follow up exercise plan – 120€

When we exercise correctly over a certain period of time our bodies become accustomed to the intensity, and it is necessary to make some changes to accommodate this. Otherwise, we cannot progress, and the exercises can lose their effectiveness. I will put together a new plan for you to accommodate your increased level of fitness.

Nutritional analysis– 89€

Our nutrition is responsible for 70% of a successful lifestyle change. Therefore it is vital that our nutrition is as healthy, varied and balanced as possible. You will receive a nutrition diary, in which you will enter everything that you eat over a period of seven days. Based on this information I will analyze your eating habits and tell you what you should change or adjust to help you reach your goal.

Diet plan incl. recipes – 120€

Based on your eating habits I will put together a nutritional plan designed just for you, including many delicious recipes. This will help you to understand how you should eat to help you reach your goal. Additionally, you will receive guidance and instructions to help you understand what makes up good nutrition.

SMS Reminders – 12€/month and WhatsApp support – 39€/month

To make sure that you don’t forget to work out you will receive SMS reminders from me on a regular basis.
In case you have any questions you are welcome to contact me via Whatsapp. Additionally you can send me photos of your meals, so that together we can be sure that you are eating correctly. This support via Whatsapp is very helpful to assure that you stay motivated.
