Mobilization helps the muscles surrounding our joints to become more flexible. Rapid mobilization exercises are especially effective when warming up before physical activity: ideally for a period of 15 to 20 minutes. These can also be done as a “cool-down” after sport. When mobilization exercises are slowly performed after physical activity, this “cool-down” helps the metabolism to eliminate toxins.
